ZERO on sea

Fifty years ago the ZERO art movement planned the event ZERO on Sea on the Pier, but it never took place.

TodaysArt 2015 will be the cultural reopening of the Pier in Scheveningen. The eleventh edition will take place between the 24th and 27th of September.
