Fluister – Distance, Light & Sky + JARA

Distance Light & Sky is the collaboration project between Chris Eckman (The Walkabouts), Chantal Acda (Isbells) and Eric Thielemans (Earr Ensemble). The merger of these three distinctive musicians gives us a melancholy melting pot of alternative folk, Americana and roots. The low baritone voice of Eckman and the angelic voice of Acda contrast beautifully, while in the background the always impressive percussion Thielemans set the rithym. Late last year they released their debut Casting Nets, recorded with legendary producer Phill Brown.
