70 workers build a wooden 4 x 12 m "digital" time display in real time: a work that involves 1611 changes within 24 hour period. Seamlessly documented and shot on HD video, it will provide NS's Central Station with a unique new clock, with the scenery of The Hague in the background. The spectator does not only see the time, but also people constructing it. Even though the workers are trying hard to construct every single minute, they are constantly on the verge of failing. While every cheap digital clock or watch can display time in a much more precise way, the workers are doing their best to meet the requirements of timeliness and accuracy.
