Hoogtij is the new name of what used to be the Haagse Rondgang, an event which started in 1997. Hoogtij is an excursion to all the cultural hotspots in The Hague. The route shows the normally mostly hidden artistic potential of the city. Art groups display experimental and groundbreaking installations and performances especially for the excursion. The more established art is presented in the ‘white cubes’ of the galleries and other art institutions. The combination of these two extremes is what makes Hoogtij special.
Highlights HOOGTIJ #9: The event starts Friday evening at 7.30 pm with a performance of Wannes Goetschalcx at Gallery West (Groenewegje 136)
At Filmhuis Zaal 5 at 9.00 pm Antonis Pittas will tell about his | installation 8,83 x 7,20 followed by an interactive demonstration of the AR+RFID Lab at 9.15 pm (Spui 191).
On Saterday Bart’s Coffeebar will be on route with exotic espresso and cappuccino, from 3.00 till 7.00 pm. At 1.00 and 3.00 pm at the Theater aan het Spui Tuctucs will
take you for a free HOOGTIJ-ride to the different participants. (Spui 187) At the art initiatives, galleries, institutions you will get a culinary HOOGTIJ amuse.

TUK TUK TRANSPORT HOOGTIJ
Saturday afternoon at 13.00 and 15.00 there will be some TukTuks available to transport you. The TukTuks are waiting for you at Theater aan het Spui.
