Rhythm Exp
Frank Bretschneider, manager of label Raster-Noton together with Carsten Nicolai and Olaf Bender, works as a musician, composer and video artist in Berlin. His work is known for precise sound placement, complex, interwoven rhythm structures and its minimal,
flowing approach. Described 		as “abstract analogue pointillism”, “ambience for spaceports” and often compared to Ryoji Ikeda, Bretschneider‘s subtle and detailed music is echoed by his visuals. Rhythm Exp is a music-visual work based on the idea that fine art should attain the abstract purity of music.
