Minus 16 Nederlands Dans Theater II consists of 16 dancers and was founded in 1978 for dancers between 17 and 22 years old. Nederlands Dans Theater II is known as one of the most innovative dance company’s with regards to modern dance. At TodaysArt Festival the company will present the choreography Minus 16 by Ohad Naharin. Minus 16 is a phenomenal work created for all the dancers of Nederlands Dans Theater II and is accompanied by an energetic musical collage of cha-cha, mambo and traditional Israeli music. This choreography stems from Naharin’s earlier works Zachacha, Anaphase, Sabotage Baby and Moshe.
